PAYING A FINE

If you have received a parking citation in the form of a yellow envelope, such as for overtime parking or parking in a handicap parking space, and you wish to make a payment online, please click on the following link, and enter the required information to submit your payment:

HEARING REQUEST

If you believe that you have received a parking citation for an incorrect reason, you can request an appointment to speak with the hearing officer by:

-going to the counter at the Code Enforcement's office, located at 108 E. Procter Street in Carson City, Nevada; or

-downloading a Hearing Request form, and mailing the form to the Carson City Treasurer's Office: 201 N. Carson Street, Carson City, Nevada 89701.

When submitting a hearing request form, you must also include the amount of money owed for the citation.

REQUEST TO HAVE A PARKING CITATION VOIDED

If you received a citation for parking in a handicapped space and actually have a valid handicap permit, please bring your handicap permit into the Carson City Treasurer's Office located at 201 N. Carson Street in Carson City, Nevada--located inside City Hall--and submit a written request to have the ticket voided.
